Teaching … I believe that contributing positively to the lives of others is the
most profound contribution we can make. Teaching is, therefore, one of my
passions. I've been fortunate to teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in
Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Performance Management,
and Compensation and Benefits. I’m currently teaching a Management and OB Principles course. For
